Living by Faith Verses: These verses speak of your life of faith (2 Corinthians 5:7). You still live in a not-yet-redeemed mortal “tent,” and you cannot live righteously by your own human strength. But, this is why you follow Christ in faith. Faith is what Jesus does in you, not how much faith you can muster. Jesus is living in you as He does His good works through you.
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
